Following the successful integration with our new parent company, The VCCP Group, Cowry Consulting is implementing several measures to strengthen its management team as we enter 2024.
Effective February 1st, Ziba Goddard will assume the role of CEO, overseeing the UK business, with support from Raphy March, who will step into the position of Managing Director. Both Ziba and Raphy are original members of the founding team that established Cowry in 2015, along with Jez Groom, the Founder, and Will Saunders, the Chief Operating Officer.
We are also delighted to announce the promotions of Phoebe Kent and Sarah Murray to Consultant Directors. They will be joining the management team, contributing to the growth of our existing client base, and fostering new client relationships.
Will's role as COO is also growing as he is now looking after operations for Cowry's public sector arm, and setting up the business for success internationally.
As Cowry starts to work more with international clients and open new offices, Jez Groom's role will be changing to International CEO to help Cowry grow its reputation and presence internationally.
