Consultant Director
Sarah has always been fascinated by human behaviour and has been studying psychology and decision-making for over ten years. As Consultant Director, it’s Sarah's job to utilise that passion for behavioural science and translate her knowledge and experience into practical business solutions that enhance both customer and employee experience.
Prior to joining Cowry, Sarah studied Psychology at the University of Birmingham, before obtaining a Masters Degree in Behaviour Change from UCL. She then worked for a market strategy & insight consultancy, primarily helping advance their application of behavioural science through research and training.
