An Australian media business had a problem with employees stockpiling holiday and using sick days as hangover cures.
Through behavioural data science we empirically identified that this wasn’t a departmental problem it was a cultural one – chucking a sickie after Australia day had become a real norm!
Outcome – Saving of $1M Australian dollars in sick pay.
Aegon wanted to improve the conversations they were having customers and by doing so improve employee engagement rates.
By training teams in the foundations of behavioural science and transforming their Skills, Screens, Scripts and Space, we created a winning employee experience that delivered an amazing customer experience.
Outcome – 46% reduction in Attrition Rate.
To embed and sustain behavioural science as a core capability within the SSE OVO people team, we delivered a six week blended learning course within the organization.
Covering a curriculum of System I Research, Behavioural Models, Behavioural Design and Experimental Design the team learned how to bring academic rigour to employee interventions, within the organization.

Workers on construction sites were often found to be taking excessive risks in the workplace, which put them and others in danger. Our task was to reduce the amount of unsafe behaviour in the workplace.
