As teams got excited at the potential of behavioural science, Cowry created a six week long programme of learning using the Core and Expert content to upskill the SSE OVO team.
The award winning Cowry Academy which consists of Core, Expert and Practitioner courses positively impacted the teams performance and objectives.

The CX leadership team at SSE OVO wanted to embed and sustain the behavioural science interventions developed by Cowry across the newly merged company.
This team is responsible for the experience within the Contact Centre and Business Communications.

Cowry trained 8 SSE OVO employees in the Core E-Learning and as Behavioural Science experts from different markets across the region.

With this new shared language and understanding, the SSE OVO relationship continues to grow into new areas.
