Alex Bond Burnett is Academy Manager at Cowry Consulting, where she embeds behavioural science into organisations, helping teams adopt practical, evidence-based approaches to change. With 15 years of experience in leadership development and executive coaching, she focuses on making behavioural insights practical in the workplace.

Before joining Cowry, Alex founded and scaled a digital-first accountancy and training business, gaining hands-on experience in building teams and leading change. She has designed and delivered leadership programmes for FTSE 250 organisations, coaching leaders to enhance their communication, influence, and decision-making.

Alex holds an ICF ACC coaching accreditation, a Diploma in Coaching Psychology, and a BA in Theatre from Rose Bruford College, where she explored how performance traditions shape social dynamics and behaviour. She applies this expertise to designing commercially focused, creative learning experiences that drive innovation and lasting behavioural change in organisations.

Tish Rohaise

Senior Behavioural Designer

Tish is a human-centred designer working at the intersection of behavioural science, aesthetic design and technology. She is committed to integrating emerging technologies into impactful behavioural solutions, using design as a tool to improve usability and drive meaningful change.

Tish completed an MA in Psychology at the University of Edinburgh, focusing on behaviour change and individual differences. She then pursued an MA in Global Studies, specialising in cultural psychology and sociology, with placements at leading institutions in Delhi, Berlin, and Buenos Aires.

She went on to work in tech, co-developing a government-funded food waste behaviour change app, where she led on innovation, UX, and partnerships. She later transitioned into product design roles at AI startups, refining her expertise in creating intuitive, behaviour-driven solutions.

Bex Unitt

Consultant Director

Bex is a naturally curious behavioural detective- someone who is passionate about digging deeper into people’s lives, to make the world a better place to work and live.

She brings a wealth of customer and employee experience background having spent over a decade consulting with Accenture, where she led large scale customer and employee transformation programmes for clients across industries. She combines this experience with her BA from Nottingham Business School in Management Studies, and her Executive Diploma in Behavioural Science from Warwick Business School.

In her role as Consultant Director, Bex helps clients to unlock business, customer and employee value through applying behavioural science.

Krisztián has extensive experience in building innovative, behaviour-changing products, propositions and experiences that benefit people and organisations alike. Originally coming from an economics background, he started his career in the Behavioural Insights Team before moving into a strategic design and behavioural science consultancy, working with global clients such as NatWest, JPMorgan, Mastercard, Vodafone and Deutsche Telekom, as well as a dozen startups.

Atty Naylor

Lead Behavioural Architect

As a Lead Behavioural Architect, Atty leads a team of behavioural scientists to create innovative solutions to clients’ business challenges. Atty’s focus has always been on human behaviour. Following a BA in Humans Sciences at Oxford, Atty initially worked for a strategic foresight company, predicting key shifts in consumer behaviour.
 
 She then went on to complete her MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology at LSE and has spent the last six years applying behavioural science to the challenges faced by her clients – from wealth management and retail to culture and comms. As a part of this, she has also created and delivered a range of training programmes, including going to NYC to teach at Columbia Business School.
 
 Atty is a founding member of GAABS – the Global Association of Applied Behavioural Scientists.

Nicha Surawattananon

Experimental Designer

Before joining Cowry, Nicha developed a strong foundation in economics with over three years of experience in economic and policy research at the Bank of Thailand, focusing on international trade. Driven by her ambition to help policymakers enhance policy effectiveness, she pursued a Master’s in Behavioural Science at the LSE.

After graduating, she launched her behavioural science career at a London-based consultancy, where she specialised in designing and running RCTs to evaluate and enhance performance management and DEI initiatives across the private sector. Now, as an Experimental Designer at Cowry, Nicha is thrilled to apply her expertise in experimental design to drive meaningful behavioural change across various sectors and improve the customer journey

Trevor Igasta

Junior Behavioural Consultant

Trevor is a Psychological and Behavioural Sciences BSc graduate from the London School of Economics, with a passion for designing experiments, using novel research methodologies, synthesising data-driven insights and applying them to develop innovative behavioural interventions, especially for prosocial causes. Prior to joining Cowry Consulting, Trevor worked in financial, R&D and volunteer consultancy roles, and gained exposure to the investment banking, fintech, venture capital and charity sectors.

Trevor’s BSc research utilised biometric emotion recognition technology to study peoples’ reactions to politicians’ attempts at emotional influence, and how these differed when politicians U-turned on prior statements. Beyond behavioural science, policy and psychology, he is keenly interested in sustainability, AI, data science, consumer goods and the financial markets. At Cowry, Trevor aspires to apply his skills to projects in these domains and drive sustainable, ethical and effective behaviour change.

Abdulquadri Odeshina

Junior Behavioural Consultant

Abdulquadri is a Chevening alumnus with an MSc in Behavioral Decision Science from Kingston University. Prior to this, he spent his post-BSc career honing skills in data analysis, marketing, UI design, and game development. He has interned for an African-based media publication and worked for both for-profit and nonprofit talent development organizations. Additionally, he completed a traineeship at an African-based extended reality community.

His MSc dissertation focused on how social influence affects the relationship between curiosity and memory. Abdulquadri is excited about the opportunity to drive meaningful change at Cowry by integrating data, design, applied research, and psychology.
