As a Lead Behavioural Architect, Atty leads a team of behavioural scientists to create innovative solutions to clients’ business challenges. Atty’s focus has always been on human behaviour. Following a BA in Humans Sciences at Oxford, Atty initially worked for a strategic foresight company, predicting key shifts in consumer behaviour.
She then went on to complete her MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology at LSE and has spent the last six years applying behavioural science to the challenges faced by her clients – from wealth management and retail to culture and comms. As a part of this, she has also created and delivered a range of training programmes, including going to NYC to teach at Columbia Business School.
Atty is a founding member of GAABS – the Global Association of Applied Behavioural Scientists.
