As teams got excited at the potential of behavioural science, Cowry created a week long programme of learning using the Core and Expert content to upskill the Amazon EMEA team.
The award winning Cowry Academy which consists of Core, Expert and Practitioner courses positively impacted the teams performance and objectives.

The leadership team at Amazon wanted to embed and sustain the behavioural science interventions developed by Cowry across the EMEA region.
The ideas that were developed centrally were then articulated in local language and with the correct cultural slant with a combined client and Cowry team.
Cowry has developed a world class, award winning virtual and face to face academy that efficiently and effectively build capability with FTSE and Fortune companies across the world. Cowry trained 10 Amazon employees in the Core E-Learning and as Behavioural Science experts from different markets across the region.

With this new shared language and understanding, Cowry continues to work with Amazon for four years.
