As teams got excited at the potential of behavioural science from a Pilot programme in Life Insurance , Cowry created a programme of learning to upskill the Legal and General CX and UX teams.
The award winning Cowry Academy which consists of Core, Expert and Practitioner courses positively impacted the teams performance and objectives.

The CX leadership team at Legal and General wanted to embed and sustain the behavioural science interventions developed by Cowry during the sprint for the transformation for the Life Insurance journey.
Cowry’s Head of Academy, Ralph Kendall designed a programme of activity that started with Core eLearning, moved onto to Expert level and ultimately led to a coaching and mentoring Practitioner programme with the team.
Cowry has developed a world class, award winning virtual and face to face academy that efficiently and effectively build capability with FTSE and Fortune companies across the world. Cowry trained 10 Amazon employees in the Core E-Learning and as Behavioural Science experts from different markets across the region.
