See how Cowry build behavioural science at scale with a new framework

Cowry were privileged to take part in the first ever Nudge it North US Conference last week, hosted by the award winning podcasters from Behavioral Grooves, Tim Houlihan and Kurt Nelson.

Cowry's Founder and CEO presented to over 100+ of the USAs leading Applied Behavioural Scientists and others from around the world on a new framework, The Proofing Ladder that featured in the book, Ripple, which Jez co-authored with colleague April Vellacott.

The Proofing Ladder is a framework that helps internal Chief Behavioural Officers and external consultancies, bring senior leaders in the organisation with them, with a systematic and evidence based approach.

To set the scene, Jez conducted and shared a market sizing piece of analysis which identified that the Applied Behavioural Science market could be worth close to £0.5bn, and is growing at close to 50% year on year on average.

Using a UK pension provider, Aegon, as an example, Jez shared how Cowry has worked with the financial services organisation to take defined steps to building and embedding behavioural science capability in the organisation.
