CCA Excellence Awards recognise world-class talent, initiative, innovation, and best practice. Regarded as the ultimate recognition for customer service excellence, it involves a panel of experts from a range of sectors and specialisms chaired by Andrew Mends, Operations Director of GAVI Alliance, who has been in the field for the last ten years.
In partnership with Standard life Assurance Limited, Cowry designed a program of work centred around optimising customer service and experience. Embedding Behavioural Science in the program proved all the more valuable, given the challenges businesses faced during this period of uncertainty.
