Behavioural Architect Manager

Maria has an interdisciplinary skillset and over 10 years of entrepreneurial background in strategy, communications, project leadership and stakeholder management. She co-founded and led a Ukrainian purpose-driven innovative consultancy and media, focused on creative communications, applied behavioural insights and capacity building for positive social change (clients include Fortune 500 businesses, UN, USAID, WHO, UNICEF, Center for Civil Liberties and WWF). She also shared her experience as a trainer for Deutsche Welle Akademie in multiple countries.

Being passionate about behaviour change for good, she was awarded the Chevening Scholarship to pursue her second specialised education and received an MSc in Behavioural Science with Distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Maria's research and practice interests evolve around behaviour change for sustainability, consumer psychology and well-being.
