Lead Behavioural Architect
As a Lead Behavioural Architect, Ciara uses her knowledge of Psychology and Behaviour Change to build innovative solutions for clients that improve customer and employee experiences.
Prior to Cowry, Ciara worked in communications and digital marketing for over 5 years, supporting clients including Google, Aviva, Nokia and McKinsey & Company. She is passionate about applying behavioural science to creative communication strategies using scientifically-robust frameworks, models and theories.
Ciara completed her Master's degree in Behaviour Change at University College London in 2022, where she conducted her dissertation research with a London-based youth club, helping to improve engagement in its creative arts programme. She went on to present the findings at the annual Centre for Behaviour Change Conference.
