Amy is a service designer and as a Cowry associate helps their clients to identify what customers want and how they are currently delivering against these expectations. This involves understanding where the current customer pain points are, what causes them, and how an organisation can design them out of their service offering - leading to better customer and employee experiences.
She runs her own consultancy, Sedulous and has worked with a variety of blue-chip British, Australian, European and American organisations on how to improve their service operations so they can deliver better experiences to their customers, increase employee experience and improve business outcomes.
