Natalia is passionate about understanding the conscious and unconscious mechanisms behind human behaviour and developing solutions that contribute to a more just and amiable world. Following an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Natalia worked in consulting applying research in cognitive and affective neuroscience, social psychology, and anthropology to design tailored solutions for clients in the private and public sectors.
To continue her career in behavioural science, Natalia obtained a masters degree in Behaviour Change from UCL. She then worked for the UCL Centre for Behaviour Change supporting research projects that aimed to address gender-based violence and racism in real-world settings.
As the Lead Behavioural Research, Natalia manages all research at Cowry and aims to understand the interaction between System 1 and System 2 processes and how they influence consumer behaviour to feed behaviour change interventions.
