Behavioural Architect
Mallika is a behavioural science enthusiast, holding a first-class BSc in Psychology and a Behaviour Change MSc, with distinction, from UCL.
Her previous experience includes working for a design thinking-based healthcare unit focused on improving patient journeys. Prior to joining Cowry, Mallika worked for the GB energy regulator where she applied her behavioural science knowledge to address topics of decarbonisation and affordability challenges in the energy market.
As a Behavioural Architect at Cowry, Mallika applies key principles and frameworks to improve decision-making and customer experiences. She is particularly passionate about designing solutions that are inclusive and address the diverse needs of consumers.
