Senior Behavioural Designer

Jess’s degree in Politics introduced her to the fascinating field of Game Theory and Behavioural Science, which eventually led her to pursue a Masters in Behavioural Economics. Here, she focused on the effects of personality on decision making.

With a background in Lettering and Design, Jess began to explore the role of design in Behavioural Science and discovered its importance in decision making and in driving behaviour change.

As a Senior Behavioural Designer, Jess has worked with a variety of clients to optimise their UX designs as well as environmental designs to create impactful behavioural solutions and to improve decision-making processes.
